rIto [it's boundaries, meaning & extensions]   it was first written to capture the experience of work within a network that, the way we see it, strives to be open, inclusive, globaly distributed but localy empowering, diverse, built by autonomous groups but interdependent on: each others work, technology concetrated in West, and above all, on the living system that we all share, our planet. however, not all organizations share above views, nor they embrace values like: transparency, inclusiveness, autonomy & recognized interdependencies and diversity. because of that, to make a more general model that can be used wider, to capture knowledge in a more modular way, and to understand better what is that we are for, we deliberately extrapolated from the rIto model above values. next chapter is about model which subscribes to those extrapolated values, which can be applied simulatneosly with rIto and which, for now, goes under temporary name Open Organization. -> to the model of Open Organizations
