Openmute went live in Feb 2004. It's a project on which i worked in its first year (theoretical platform with some similarities existed prior to this start of implmentation), June 2002 - May 2003.

  Seek maximum effectivity and responsiveness across the board:
  give local and international, paper and web audiences equal weight in

  readers/users know what the business practices and philosophy of the
