This is technique that i picked up at Open Mute project. Quim Gill introduced it to the rest of the team, and it helped immensly. It allows better collboration, better overview of the project, and keeps everyone involved more sane - especialy when dealing with little resources and a lot of work. see OldHowToUseTheListOfPriorities .

things to do:

• (1) talk through the system together - so that we share common understanding
• (2) think of possible improvements
• (3) start using it for all work we do (revaluate system every few months)
